Yaarden is an independent South African fragrance brand. This site is a catalogue, not an online checkout. An enquiry is not a confirmed order and a listing does not guarantee stock.

Before payment, Hanro will confirm the fragrance, size, total price in ZAR, availability and handover arrangements. You must be able to review and correct these details. The legal supplier identity, required contact details and disclosures must also be provided; this page does not replace those requirements.

Payment in full is required before a fragrance is handed over, collected or dispatched. The method and instructions are agreed directly. A screenshot alone does not establish that funds have cleared. No payment facility is operated on this website.

Keep your confirmed order and proof of payment. Do not pay for an unconfirmed purchase or send card credentials through an enquiry. Upfront payment does not remove statutory cancellation or refund rights.

Current collection means core range, not immediate stock. Tester and coming-soon entries are not confirmed as available. Sizes and pricing vary and are agreed personally. Some fragrances may be prepared after interest is expressed.

Timing, any delivery charge and handover arrangements must be agreed before payment. The website promises no fixed delivery period. If Yaarden cannot fulfil an agreed purchase, a lawful resolution, including a refund where due, must be offered. A substitute requires your agreement.

You are buying a Yaarden fragrance, not an original designer product. Designer references describe inspiration only; no designer-house manufacture, sponsorship or endorsement is claimed. Read the Product Disclaimer.

Notes describe general original scent profiles, not a verified ingredient list or identical formulation. Wear and perception vary. Concept packaging may differ from the actual bottle; confirm material presentation details before purchase.

Voluntary change-of-mind returns, exchanges and refunds are not offered after handover, subject to non-excludable consumer rights. Read the Returns & Exchanges policy before paying.

If you need to cancel before receipt or report a problem, speak to Hanro promptly through your purchase channel. Applicable law and circumstances determine the remedy and any lawful charge. There is no automatic forfeiture of every upfront payment.

Use the catalogue for personal fragrance discovery and share links freely. Do not disrupt the site, obtain unauthorised access, misuse another person’s information or present Yaarden products as designer originals. Do not use Yaarden’s branding to imply an unauthorised business relationship.

Reasonable care is taken with catalogue information; obvious errors should be corrected before an agreement is concluded. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer remedies, fraud or gross negligence. External services have their own terms.

South African law applies, subject to mandatory protections relevant to a transaction. You retain access to competent courts and consumer dispute bodies. Raise an issue with Hanro through your existing private purchase channel or in person.

Updates apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights from an agreed purchase. The policy date identifies this version.
